We appreciate your feedback. We have been super hosts for almost two years now, because we try to give our guests a good experience. You claimed you were not able to access the property but did not let Airbnb or us know you were having trouble then claimed a refund. You gave us ultimatums about paying you back, even though you were not entitled to a refund. We gave you half a refund because f the inconvenience, seems that that didn't go down well. We never claimed to be Leopard Rock or Holiday Inn. Our listing says comfortable,, it doesn't say it's a georgeous penthouse. In Zimbabwe everyone has a high wall and a big gate, so if that makes a home a prison, well well. Westlea is very safe, and is very near town. We listed this property having seen other lodges in the area that were not so nice and at the request of others who were struggling to find clean, comfortable accomodation with water, electricity and Internet in Mutare. Our road is just off Aerodrome Road, and it is very quiet. Mutare is generally a quiet place. As for my being iabroad, I just run the Bookings, I don't host. We have local hosts who deal with all guest issues. In any case Airbnb allows self check in, but we decided not to use it for this property. We are in the process of putting up more pictures of the home, so hopefully this shouldn't be an issue in the future.
