The electrical issue mentioned was due to a wire disconnect in one of the wall outlets. I immediately contacted an electrician to come to the unit on following Monday, since this was brought to my attention over the weekend. The repair was done day, at the convenience of my guests schedule. The plumbing issue was due to a previous tenant creating a crack in the toilet base. I was told by my plumber not to be concerned with crack however, upon my being notified by this tenant that the area under the toilet base area was becoming damp, I immediately scheduled my plumber to come out and replace the toilet, again in accordance with convenient time for my tenant.
