Like to be close to Rome but away from the hustle and bustle? Airport 15km, St Peters 15 mins (train), Maccarese & Fregene beaches 3km. After a busy day, you’ll love to come back here to the peaceful and tranquil space. Beside quaint Borgo di Maccarese, St. George's castle, top restaurant and wine bar, supermarket, etc. Good for couples or families. However, two single beds are mezzanine and may not be suitable for small children. Alternative double sofa bed is available.
You will have the whole house, patio and garden to yourselves. While you are staying here, I could be away from Rome, staying off-site nearby or staying in the dependence (in a corner area of the garden) but I will not interfere unless you need help.

I'm Irish, living in the outskirts of Rome. First time user of Airbnb in 2016 when I stayed in NYC and had fabulous experience of the city and the Airbnb apartment. I'm a graduate of social sciences (sociology) and work as an administrative assistant in an international research organization. I used to live in the city but escaped to Maccarese about 12 years ago. The great thing about Maccarese is it's both countryside and beach. The air is cleaner and fresher and the life is peaceful and tranquil. There is still plenty to do either in Maccarese or nearby Fregene.
