My place is a cosy apartment, close to public transport, incredibly central, shops (including great coffee shops), the river, the canal, the theatre, the Brecon Beacons. You’ll love my place because of the 'city apartment in Brecon' feel and the styling. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with small children). At present there is no wi-fi available in the flat (though Costa Coffee below the flat has wi-fi connection so a good excuse for a coffee).
The flat will be yours for the duration of your stay. We have a door key pad so obtaining the key is very easy. You can not be any more central than this grade 2 listed building in the High Street to explore the beauty of Brecon and the surrounding countryside. Walk to the canal, cathedral, theatre and rivers Usk, Wye and Honddu. Go shopping in the town centre. Have a drink in the numerous pubs or something a little softer in the many quaint coffee shops. Use the flat as a base to explore the mighty Beacons. We bought the flat 7 years ago as we love Brecon so much. Now, with children we don't get to travel back there as often as we would like so we are happy to open it up to short lets. Hope you enjoy. Ian :)

I am available by phone. We also have a cleaner who will be able to offer assistance.
There is no real view from the flat. Being town centre location the view from the two windows is of the roofs of other buildings. However, walk out of the building and you can immediately admire the view of the Beacons from street level. There is a main double bed in the main bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.
The only view from the flat is of the roofs of other buildings. The flat is suited to those who want an incredibly central stay with amenities and shops literally on the doorstep. Its not really for those looking for far-reaching views of the Beacons. To have that you need to come out of the front door of the flats and look up :)
