Welcome to our bright & sunny 1 king bedroom & 1 bathroom Affordable Beach Getaway. We are located 2 blocks from the Beach, Stearns Wharf, Public Pool, Harbor, world-class dining, and downtown shops, including our own local Farmers market. Leave your car and parking worries behind.
Within blocks are a European deli and market, bakery and sandwich shop, three wineries and a grocery store leaving little need to leave the neighborhood. In addition there are bike rentals, Segway rentals, peddle surrey rentals, a skate park, the Chase Palm Park with a merry-go-round and the site of a craft fair each Sunday that lines the beach boardwalk. The Santa Barbara Zoo and the Bird Sanctuary are an easy mile and half walk. If you are traveling to Santa Barbara by train the Secret Getaway is two blocks from the train station and there is a car rental agency two blocks away in case you want to explore the Santa Ynez Valley wine country. If you are tired of walking, all of these attractions can be reached by a local 25 cents-a-ride shuttle bus that runs up State Street and along the ocean front from the harbor to the zoo.
Our Affordable Getaway is about 700 square feet and offers a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with king bed, clean full bathroom with limestone throughout,a large living room with full size pull out couch, Waterford fireplace, 42' high definition TV and DVD, and sliding glass doors leading to a large private balcony complete with chaise lounges, table and chairs, gas grill and potted plants. We also offer complimentary wireless broadband interne. private washer and dryer and very rare for the beach private reserved parking.
We are located in the best area of Santa Barbara, the Historic West Beach area, a high end residential neighborhood, not on a commercial thoroughfare or adjacent to the railroad tracks or highway.
In addition, we equip you with a binder filled with recommendations for activites and restaraunts.

The guest will be asked to pay 15% TOT Tax to the owner directly after booking confirmation as TOT tax is not included in the rental price. Please note that the TOT tax is calculated only on the rental amount (ie.. base price per night) and not on cleaning and other charges.

We own and manage each of our properties. This pride of ownership shows and as a result our guests return over and over again providing us with a loyal customer base. Many of our guests have been coming for years and for long-term stays.
One thing you can be sure of with all of our properties is that they are not for sale. Our competition lists properties that are for sale and therefore cannot guarantee that you will get the property you selected. Or worse, they may opt out of delivering the property you had hoped for entirely. We speak to individuals quite often that call in desperation as they struggle with an inferior replacement property or no property at all. We are in this for the long term and could not afford to conduct business in this way.
We have been in business for 10+ years and plan to be for many more. We have also been a valued member of the Santa Barbara Chamber of Commerce since our inception where you will find us on their website.
We strive to maintain our Santa Barbara Vacation Rentals. Santa Barbara condos and Montecito vacation rentals up to the highest standards in terms of quality, amenities and ensuring that our properties are fully equipped with everything you would need while on vacation. There are many fly-by-night operators who are desperate to either sell their property or optimize rents by listing their property as a vacation rental. This desperation will show in the properties, whether it is amenities, cleanliness and/or quality.

We offer 7 properties in the Historic West Beach Area, 2 blocks to the beach and 2 blocks to downtown, several on the sand and in Montecito, including a historic and famously published Estate. Our properties range accordingly in price and can accomodate small parties of 1 to 2 pr large parties up to 15. We are happy to help you select the property this is just right for you.
