The room is recently remodeled to offer a cool alternative to the boring dull rooms that I see around. I've stayed in hotels and I really hate lying on my bed tired at night just to watch local TV. That's why this room is equipped with a 42 inch TV and a Small home theater system so you can kick back and relax after a day or traveling or working with Netflix. The goal is to make you feel at home even when you are abroad.

This is a room equipped with a single bed, with fresh linens and sheets. There is storage space available as well as fresh towels and complimentary bath goods. The apartment is vintage themed and cleaned very regularly while your room is very modern and it's cleaned on a daily basis. Your room is equipped with a 42" screen and a small home theater system so you can kick back and relax after a day of traveling or working. You will be given keys to the elevator, and the apartment as well as keys to your room. There is a small Chihuahua roaming around, but he almost never leaves the studio. She is very calm and silent, so you don’t have to worry about her at all.

The apt. is located at a 9th floor of a building with 2 elevators. You can access through the main door and walk a short distance to your private room which is located near the kitchen. The room is equipped with a 42” TV that you can use to watch Netflix or whatever you want. There is also a small surround sound system installed. In the kitchen there is a coffee maker that you can use to your heart’s content. You can also grab some cereal and milk whenever you feel like it. If you need something else from the kitchen, please don’t hesitate to ask. All the furniture in the room is new and you have a private bathroom in which you can shower.

The doorman is not allowed to open the door to non-residents, so it´s important that you carry an official ID with you so he can buzz you in. He is available 24/7 and you will have to drop your keys off everytime you leave the building. Check in is preferable at 4:30 PM and check out at 2:30 PM. But please ask to see if we can arrange special times for you. Nightly “curfew”: 12:00 AM. But if you do arrive later please try to make as little noise as possible and use your cellphone’s lantern.

- To be considerate to the other roommates, we kindly ask to keep things on the quieter-side after 10 PM. And if you want to listen to music, please remember the other roommates and enjoy via headphones or in a low volume. We’ll make sure to reciprocate the favor.
- We ask that you kindly respect our maximum occupancy requirement. We have this in place instead of an additional guest charge in an attempt to keep costs down for you. We understand that for a whole verity of reasons, you may want additional guests to stay in the place. In the event that you want additional guests to stay, please contact us to let us know. We’re reasonable folk and will accommodate wherever possible.
- Have a pet? Should be no problem… but please ask us first.
- What you do in your personal time is entirely up to you, but when staying at our place we have a strict no drug use policy. This is just the law… not so much one of our rules.
- We provide cereal and coffee in the mornings, so you don't have to cook. :) (The kitchen is under slight remodeling so it's not possible to cook for the moment, but there are tons of restaurants nearby, don't worry!)
- Accidents happen, but sometimes they can be fatal or very costly. That’s why we prefer to have no fire inside the room, like candles or incense. Even though the room is equipped with a fire extinguisher, we hope you won’t need it.
