I am glad to introduce myself, a practiced Yoga professional certified by the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India through Quality Council of India Exam process. 
      Practicing Yoga not only helps in improving your posture, but also helps in improving flexibility, protect your spine, maintain your blood pressure, help you focus and make you feel happier.
My way of teaching yogic exercises includes a combination of Asanas, Pranayam, JAP, Tratak & Meditation as well. These all Kiryas can be performed simultaneously by regular practice. It is like breaking five fruits from a tree with a single stone. 
Why few minutes Meditation is must daily? Because it works like tonic to improve our memory & concentration power. And we all know the value of these in our routine life whether in office or at home.

By profession, I am an Mechanical Engineer; worked in private sector i.e. Eicher, Escorts, India Glycols and Triveni Engg. etc, for many decades, where a number of fellow colleagues were benefiting from my yoga experience, hence I know the importance of yog in corporate sector quite well. And now I am enjoying my passion as a profession after my retirement.
myself do yoga for an hour every day for the last 35 years along with shirshasan very comfortably up to 5 minutes together with JAP& Pranayam.
