My way of teaching yogic exercises includes a combination of Asanas, Pranayam, JAP, Tratak & Meditation as well. These all Kiryas can be performed simultaneously by regular practice. It is like breaking five fruits from a tree with a single stone.
Why few minutes Meditation is must daily? Because it works like tonic to improve our memory & concentration power. And we all know the value of these in our routine life whether in office or at home.
By profession, I am an Mechanical Engineer; worked in private sector i.e. Eicher, Escorts, India Glycols and Triveni Engg. etc, for many decades, where a number of fellow colleagues were benefiting from my yoga experience, hence I know the importance of yog in corporate sector quite well. And now I am enjoying my passion as a profession after my retirement.
