Madison Valley is a close in neighborhood to downtown. It is within walking distance of the Madrona and Capitol Hill neighborhoods. Molly Moon's Homemade Ice Cream and Red Cow (local celebrity chef Ethan Stowell) are a short walk away.
A 2 Bed / 1 Bath, 1,000 square foot home located in Madison Valley, a close in residential neighborhood to downtown Seattle and adjacent to Capitol Hill. Stay in a modern, updated craftsman bungalow with period charm intact. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and chef's stove. The house has oak and fir wood floors and area rugs in all rooms. There is one queen sized bed (memory foam mattress) and one full bed (adjustable air mattress).
For breakfasts, check out Cortona Café, Queen Bee Café, or Katy’s Corner Café. All are popular stops near our place. Or, have coffee on the front porch or private backyard from Union Coffee or your own brew. This space works well for staying in or heading out to explore!
Fun lunch stops include The Neighbor Lady, Seattle Salads, and St. Clouds. Be sure to check out Bottlehouse, Adey Abeba Ethiopian Restaurant, or the newly opened Feed Co. Burgers for dinner.
On Fridays, in May-Sept, enjoy the local farmers market located 2 blocks away for fresh flowers, produce, and artisan cheeses and meats.

Please remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. Therefore, we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own. We travel often and have help managing guest services for our home while we are away.

Outside flowers are on automated timers, please do not turn off the water. Yard service comes to cut the grass and teenage son/daughter of neighbor sweeps porches and patio once a week.
Please run the dishwasher upon your exit.
Please use coasters (in dining room side board) for drinks on wood surfaces.
Thank you in advance for respecting our house rules, they are very important to us. Please keep a reasonable volume so as to not disturb our neighbors, and do not invite other guests or have parties. We would appreciate it if you wash any dishes you use during your stay. Please leave the house in the same condition you found it as when you first arrived. You will be staying at a Pillow Homes approved property and guests are required to follow the Pillow rules and terms.
