My residence is located 30 min. from the airport in Ronne. From the house and the area there are excellent views over the Baltic Sea and there are plenty of opportunities for hiking, sea bathing and to experience art and culture, including Art Museum Bornholm and galleries, pottery mills and glass factories, which Bornholm is known for. You will love my home because of the neighborhood in the small fishing village and the light over the Baltic Sea. My accommodation is good for everyone.
The house is 120 m2 and built in 1890, located on the east coast in the fishing village Årsdale overlooking the sea, 3 km south of Svaneke and 5 km north of Nexo.
On the ground floor there is living room and kitchen. 1st floor is open to the ridge with two gabled rooms, in one double mattress and in the other 2 single beds. There is also a large landing with a double mattress. Other facilities include bath with shower, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine in the basement and three bikes (adult). The house is heated by district heating in combination with fireplace and the upper floor electric heating.
The house is a traditional fisherman's home, it is very light and charming. There is free wifi in the house.
We've had the house since October 2015 and has among other things built terrace overlooking the Baltic Sea. The space around the house is not very big but there are small terrace-hooks, grill and garden furniture.
Guests has access to the whole house.

Bornholm is for cyclists! You will have the best view of the island when you ride a bike, and we have three bicycles for free use.

I am associate professor in Dramaturgy at the University of Aarhus and live in Aarhus with my family. Part of the year we spend in our summer house at Bornholm.
If you're staying at my place, I'll do what I can to make you feel comfortable, and if I'm staying at yours, I will leave it in as good a shape as I found it.
