Located between Garden of the Gods and the Air Force Academy (10 minutes from each), this townhouse is the perfect home base for anyone visiting Colorado Springs.
Also super fast wifi, a home theater, a garage, a king bed in a master bedroom, and a queen size pull out bed.
First off, most importantly: 150mb/s wifi. Super fast.
The townhouse also features a loft, a full kitchen, and tons of space. The bathroom upstairs is stocked with just about any amenity you might want.
You can park your car in the garage if you'd like, or just leave it right outside the front. You're about 10 minutes from everything in town so I completely understand if you want to come and go often :D
The Grocery store is right down the street, and every kind of restaurant you can imagine is 1 exit up on the interstate on Academy.
Perhaps most importantly of all, Dunkin Donuts is right accross the street. You can walk, skip, army crawl, or cartwheel there super easily.
You have access to the entire place except for my bedroom/office downstairs, which I only use when I'm in town. If it matters just ask and I'll let you know if I'll be around or not.

Either I or one of my guest managers will drop the keys off with you, depending on if I'm in town or not.
If you're the sort of person who wants to strike up a conversation, that's cool. Otherwise the space will feel like it's yours.
You're welcome to just lock the keys in the apartment when you check out.
No pets allowed, sorry!
You should be aware that there's no TV. There's a theater room downstairs, but no traditional cable, just an Apple TV box for streaming Netflix from your iPhone if you have one. Other guests have said that they loved that it made them talk, read, and get out and explore more.
Also, there's no smoking (of anything of any kind, sorry, I know it's not very Colorado of me).
If you need to smoke go check out huge open grassy area in the shared back yard, or even hit up Garden Of The Gods nearby. Those are way more scenic places to smoke than my Airbnb anyway ^_^
I'm an AirBNB host myself, I live in Colorado Springs but travel a lot.
