Aloha! Situated in prime location, in the heart of Waikiki, minutes away from world-famous beaches and landmarks, this luxury one-bedroom apartment is the perfect home away from home. Watch spectacular sunsets and amazing ocean views from the living-room above 30th floor; enjoy a constant and pleasant breeze and lots of daylight. Relax on the couches on the large lanai with ocean, Waikiki and mountain views. Newly renovated bathroom and kitchen with all utensils. AC in the bedroom, free Wi-Fi.


Breathtaking city and ocean views from the living room and great ocean and mountain views from a large lanai that can be accessed from the bedroom are the best features of this one-bedroom. Amazing sunset views and fireworks, too!
Bedroom has two full beds. Living room has a couch that does not pull out. We can provide a raised inflatable queen mattress bed for the living room (see pic).
Please note- apartment is not fit for more than 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children!
High-rise building complex has a saltwater pool, hot tub, sauna, gym and laundry room and ice makers with free ice non-stop. There is a small convenience store open long hours located inside the building.
Apartment has A/C in the bedroom only, free Wi-Fi and a 55 inch smart TV with Netflix, cable, DVD player and HDMI ready.
If you do not wish to rent a car, we offer rides to and from the airport for $40 each way, depending on arrival/departure times and availability.
Parking available for $20 daily.

Absolutely no smoking in the apartment or on the lanai/balcony or a penalty will incur.
No shoes allowed inside the apartment.
No drugs, alcohol or parties and no loud noises. Quiet times between 9pm-8am.
Guests of guests are not allowed.
Not respecting the rules will result in immediate evacuation without refund.
Upon arrival all guests must provide first and last names to be registered with the building.
Housekeeping services can be arranged for $85 per cleaning.
Early check in and late check out can be arranged, depending on availability, for $75 each.

Liz is amazing host, responds within minutes, very helpful, very kind! We do have to admit the apartment is in phenomenal location! All within ur walking distance. Apartment has amazing, beautiful views from living room and balcony! Liz was extremely kind while we stayed, offered all things we needed, offered a night to spend at the last minute. I will defiantly recommend to stay at lizs place if u are visiting waikiki! Thank u liz! Thank u for sharing ur comfy beautiful place w us!!!!!!

It was an amazing stay! Check-in/out were simple. Liz was very responsive and provided us with all things we needed. The Appartement is fully equipped and very clean. The location is quite perfect. Waikiki is just in 10 minutes from the apartment, shops, Nightlife, etc. But we suggest you to rent a car (as we did). The Parking spot is free at Liz place. So you can drive and see the best beaches and island (we visited 10 beaches in one week).

Liz was amazing! This was our first time using an Airbnb and she answered all of our questions and provided wonderful information. The apartment was exactly how it looked in the pictures and we had no issues at all. Being on the 32nd floor the breeze on the lanai was amazing at night. The location was great as well. A very close walk to the beach (maybe 5 minutes) and very close to shopping and eating. Within walking distance to some bars and night clubs as well. My family and I absolutely loved Hawaii and our stay at Liz's place. I would definitely recommend staying there and we would totally use her again.

The host is not very kind. She doesn't answer questions.. It was frustrating that she was not very communicative and her attitude was extremely disappointing. Here are some of the problems we had: Problem 1. Poor communication example 1) I texted the host, Liz, and politely asked if she was able to receive a call and that she could let me know when would be convenient for her because I had a question. I NEVER GOT ANY RESPONSE TILL NOW. example 2) The blinds didn't work, which was one problem, but what was worse was her response. When I told her the blinds didn't seem to be working, she said, "How come?" Haha.. That's not help. I wanted to ask how come they didn't work, but the only thing she said was that she just used them, which made me feel like she was making it my fault that they were not working. Then I told her that I did what I was supposed to do to make the blinds go up, but she never replied or helped. example 3) I asked when the pool and the hot tub close, and she did not tell me when. She told me that everything is posted by the elevators on the floor, the lobby and the 6th floor, but guess what? I went to the elevators, but nothing helpful was posted by the elevators. I think it's ridiculous that she was too lazy to tell me what time they close and pretty much told me to go to the lobby or the 6th floor to find out when the house is on the 32nd floor. She could have said 9pm with the same amount of time she used to tell me it was posted where it wasn't posted. We find out what are the hours on the last day inside the elevator on a little TV screen that keeps changing scenes. It shows what are the hours for the pool and the hot tub for 3 seconds. I just laughed. Plus, the swimming pool was under construction, so we couldn't even use it. I think she should have told us that in advance because the pool was part of the reason we booked for the house. example 4) I asked if there were scissors because I needed them for cooking, but SHE NEVER REPLIED. I had to ask AGAIN the next day, and she said "No" and nothing else. She would have ignored my question about scissors if I didn't ask that once again. example 5) I asked where the hairdryer was in the house. I NEVER GOT RESPONSE. Not helpful at all. So annoying. I was wondering why people said she was communicative in the reviews for the whole time. example 6) I asked where the washer/dryer, and as she told me they were on the 6th floor, she told me to read all the info on the site. She thinks some info that is not on the site is on...

Dear Aran, When you Airbnb, you are occupying someone's home. We were very disappointed to see the condition of our home after your departure. But far more disappointing is how you did not share the truth in your review. Texting and calling after 10pm and at midnight, is not acceptable unless it is an emergency. Scrissors is not an emergency, in my opinion. You stated you will check in 4pm, however you did not arrive at 4pm and you did not let me know you will be late. When I texted you to ask what time you will arrive, you responded that you didn't know because you were shopping; that's fine, but when you call me and say you are downstairs out of the blue, please don't expect me to arrive at the same time as you! I met you 5 minutes after your call! There were very clear instructions telling you to let us know your arrival time half an hour before, which gives me plenty of time to meet you "on time". The blinds did work perfectly for me before you arrived and they work perfectly now as well. Unsure what the problem was there!? As the building is half hotel and half residences, hours of operation are posted on each floor, in the elevator and at the entrance of each amenity; I do consider it rude when someone texts after 10pm asking about the hours. We apologize that the pool was closed on your last day. It had a leak that needed to be fixed, we found out. We were not notified of it as it was an emergency closing. But we acknowledge it was disappointing not only for you but for the entire building. I am happy to answer any questions and generally I am very communicative with our guests- hence the reviews- but as you well know, your questions, not only about the apartment and this island but completely unrelated as well, were excessive and late at night, hence my lack of an immediate answer to some of them. Surely, (only) you know I've recommended places and answered all your questions though so seeing your review was a bit unexpected. We hope you got to enjoy at least some of your time on the island. The condo is located in a great location. Beach, restaurants, shops, and bars were all nearby. Comfy place. Great view on 32nd floor.
