Nestled in the foothills of the World Heritage Barrington Tops National Park, about a 3 hour drive from Sydney, within a short distance of stunning Chichester Dam and only 25mins to Dungog, this rustic bush cabin is exclusively set within the wilderness area. A step out of the cabin finds you on the walking trails that take you across Williams River and through the heart of the wilderness.
The cabin is sufficiently appointed throughout with all the necessities with a functional kitchen including stove/microwave, full fridge and all cooking cutlery and equipment. It has with open-plan dining/living area leading out to a balcony. The main queen bedroom is downstairs with 4 singles upstairs.
The cabin offers a largely tech-free retreat - if your idea of a true escape is an internet, mobile phone and TV free environment this is the spot for you! Mobile phone coverage is lost once you enter the park and purposefully there is no wi-fi!
For entertainment there are DVDs with a TV/monitor, board games and books. And for the active the cabin has bikes and tennis racquets free on loan.
Guests have full use of the cabin, tennis court, BBQ and surrounds. There are mountain bikes to use free on loan.
