Private room with queen bed and private detached bathroom. New beautiful back deck with hot tub and grill. 8 miles from downtown ($12 Uber ride) and a 20-25 minutes from TYS airport. Close to most West Knoxville restaurants and shops. 5 minutes from Interstate 40. This is a wonderful place for anyone looking for a comfortable bed and southern charm!
Quiet neighborhood close to everything. I have a private deck behind the house with a grill and hot tub guests are welcome to use respectfully.
Guests are welcome to use all of the shared space. This includes the kitchen, dining room, and the upstairs living spaces, and back deck.

I work a flexible schedule and travel often as well. I may be home during your visit or I may be out, but I'm always happy to answer any questions and give your recommendations for your stay!
I have a 13-year old poodle named Pierre who loves attention! He is a lovable older pup who mostly hangs out with me, but will crawl on your lap if you let him…and never leave. :). The bathroom is your own, but is next door to your room in the hall.
The deck is one of my favorite features of the house, and I hope you enjoy it as well with responsibility. If you use the grill, make sure the gas is turned off from the tank after cooking. If you raise the temp in the hot tub, please bring it back down to 101 after you are done. Please do not take the cover fully off unless you have another person to help you put it back on. It is very clumsy and hard to handle on your own. IT IS NOT STRONG ENOUGH FOR ANY CHILD OR PERSON TO SIT ON. There are small cushions for the out door furniture in the garage, but must be brought in after every use. Enjoy the space, be respectful to the neighbors, and have fun!!!
****Fire wood/starters must be bought by you, and approved by me before use****

I am a girl who loves to travel and meet new people! When I am not traveling myself, I look forward to meeting others from all over the world and telling them all about my home in east Tennessee and showing them southern hospitality.
