I had advised Phinto there was a delay in the renovations and the bathroom was not usable before he arrived and that work was progressing. (unfortunately the suppliers all closed for the Christmas break and one moved premises and had to rebuild their factory). I asked them several time if the renovations were disturbing them to please let me know. They never said a word.
They booked for 2 people and a baby. 3 arrived. I gave them another room for 2 nights free.
The Cleaning stuff they bought I place in the cupboard under the sink in the kitchen for them to have easy access to and I showed them this.
Phinto left after 1 day.
His mother and wife and baby remained. His mother could not speak English. She cooked using a pressure cooker that she ran far too hot and was always triggering the pressure release valve, so i tried to turn it down so as not to have it blow up!
There is a covered Cloths line that will dry washing if raining.
I had asked them to boil water in the Electric Jug then fill the Baby's Bottle boiler as heating on the stove from cold is very inefficient and slow. this must have been a language issue.
They had to move to another location as his wife got a training placement that was not accessible by bus from here.
The stay was booked for 50 days so got a massive discount at monthly rates. the recalculated price was at the weekly rate as they only stayed 18 days. All AirBNB changes need to go through the system, so this was beyond my call. The $850 you paid was inclusive of the AirBnB fees. I only Received $830nzd and did not agree to a refund, infact more is still owed!
My Key has not been returned despite several requests!
