This has been my home for over a year now and I have 3 Full Bedrooms with 3 Queen size luxury beds, 2 High-end top of the line Queen size air mattresses with built in pump, Professionally cleaned luxury Linens, Duvets & Pillows, and tastefully selected Towel Sets. All my furniture is of top notch quality- each bedroom set is made in Italy and the most important aspect I would never cheap out on is the quality of my guests' sleep- each mattress is of the best material money can buy!(URL HIDDEN)This is an immaculately designed luxurious 5 star building that offers breath taking South/East City and water views with a gorgeous over-size Balcony. As a home interior designer I have made my dream home into a place for all to enjoy! I have even obtained one of the most newest Televisions on the market- Top of the line Smart SAMSUNG 55" inch CURVED TV with HD CABLE and UNLIMITED HIGH SPEED FIBRE-OPTIC INTERNET. Enjoy the comforts of home in a 3 bedroom luxury suite with a stunning lake view skyline! Guests are asked to park their vehicle below in the free underground parking spot that is included in their booking and to bring their luggage directly from the parking level service elevators to their suite and not through the lobby. This is the most convenient means of accessing your unit upon entry.

Please follow these rules:
- remove shoes at front door
- no smoking in the condo but balcony is ok
- no pets allowed
- no partying in the suite
- do not throw cigarette butts or anything off the balcony - do not leave dirty
dishes and garbage in the unit
- do not leave wet towels on the carpet or wooden floor
- do not use the towels to clean the shoes
- absolutely no parties or extra guests without consent (this is a must) this is
a condominium with owners and full time tenants it cannot be treated as a
hotel or party room.
- please respect our neighbours in regards to noise and loud music after 9
- absolutely no barbecuing allowed on the balcony as this is a strict
policy that goes against the building fire code, condominium policy,
and above all is a major disturbance to all our neighbours (any fire damage
to the balcony caused by BBQ- leakage, oil stains, etc will result in the loss
of your $1500 security deposit at the very minimum)
- Guests who disturb the residents and receive complaints from the
building manager will be asked to pay a CAD 900 fine.
- feel free to use the amenities in the building but respect the condo rules
posted. You are requested not to take your shoes in the bedrooms. This will ensure that the suite remains clean and our valued guests like you can enjoy a clean environment. This is a non-smoking apartment. The garbage chute is located on every floor of the building. Please dispose of the garbage in the chute. In order to use the fitness centre/pool, please use the FOB to enter the recreation centre. If you are not familiar with the operations of the dishwasher/washer/dryer, please call (phone number hidden) assistance or demo. The washing machine does not open until it has stopped completely. Forcing it to open will damage the machine. Also, please note that the dishwasher has to stop itself before you can open it. When using the dishwasher, please only use a dish washing liquid or tablet designated for use in dishwashers (provided for free); do not use regular dish washing detergent. You must disclose damage or disruption during your stay via email message or phone immediately. Please note that if you see a leakage in the toilet or anywhere else in the apartment, notify me urgently. Items are categorized and accounted for; please do not take any items from the unit including towels and essentials that do not belong to you. Inventory will be taken by the maid service. At the time of check in, you will be provided with clean towels and linens. It is the responsibility of the guest to put them in the laundry located inside the apartment. Consumables such as toilet paper, facial tissue paper, and liquid hand soap will be provided before you check in. Refills are customer’s responsibility. All guests undertake to hold the Host harmless against any and all loss, claims, causes of action, demands and/or costs and expenses that may be incurred by the guests in relation to the unit rental. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. Subletting the property is strictly prohibited. The goal here is to provide guests with a memorable experience in a professionally designed suite that is on par with or exceeds a 5 Star Hotel. Keeping guests highly satisfied and ensuring a level of professionalism that will fulfill such a need is the optimal goal. I hope you enjoy your stay and respect my home as it was your own.
