This recently renovated south facing 3-story townhouse has panoramic views over Alboran Sea, hills and golf course, which can be seen from its sunroof, terraces and balcony. It has 3 bedrooms (2 with en-suite, 1 with own bathroom), 1 guest toilet, lounge-diner, kitchen, garage for 1 large car, private guest parking bays, communal pool and gardens.
It is within 15min walk to the beach, water sports, family-friendly activities, restaurants, great views, parks, golf and Port Cabopino, Marbella.
We have thought almost about everything to make your stay, safe, smooth, comfortable, pleasant, and hassle-free. From shampoo, shower gel, towels, 3 hair dryers to toilet paper in every bathroom you will have everything ready for your arrival. It is not our home. It is a place we have created for you to relax and enjoy.

The townhouse is fully resisted at local town hall to provide short term accommodation and it is serviced by a local company which is located 5 min drive away with dedicated 24 hour phone line in case of any emergencies and needs for our guests.
You will be able to pick up and drop off the keys from townhouse at a lock box with a code provided to you before your arrival. After check-in in the lounge room you will find an information pack with all the info you may need during your stay.
The townhouse is cleaned after each guest. For long stays, if you require more beddings or towels please request and we will provide extra. We can also provide laundry and cleaning services according to your needs on request at extra charge.
You are more than welcome to use washer/dryer with detergent provided for your convenience.
Please have a look around when you checked in before going to the supermarket for something you may need.
Early and late check-in/-out are possible on request.
All utility bills are included in your stay.
