Enter the property and you will find it is furnished with dark wooden flooring. The lounge area to the right is finished beautifully with two fireplaces and a large L-shaped sofa as well as a very big wide-screen TV. Further in towards the rear of the house, is a wonderfully light and bright kitchen, which is well equipped with everything you will need. It is centred with an island which has a breakfast bar and finished with cream cupboard units and sleek grey worktop surfaces. The fridge and freezer is of American-style with double doors, there are two ovens and a fitted microwave. Conveniently, the dining area is set up nearby with seating for up to six and bathed in light from the large skylight above. There are patio doors which open on to a lovely outdoor space which has furniture arranged – idea for dining alfresco! On the first floor, you will find three lovely bedrooms. The first is a nice children’s room with a small child-size bed. It has lots of lovely children’s toys and plenty of storage space, too. The second child’s room across the hall is of a similar size, with striped blue wall paper and a small single bed for a child. The master bedroom is a large room with bay windows making it light and bright. The bed is King-sized and there is a dressing table by the window with a mirror as well as a TV. The main bathroom on this floor is finished in sleek black and white tiling with a large bathtub and shower unit attached. It has the added luxury of a fitted TV screen so you can watch a film whilst taking a relaxing bath! The loft floor comprises the final bedroom- a good sized double with a feature wall of patterned paper. It has a flat screen TV – wall mounted so you can comfortably watch whilst tucked into bed. It has its own en suite in lovely brown tiles with a bathtub and shower unit and heated towel rail for added comfort.
