Set in a historic village, the cottage is 2 miles from the cathedral town of Southwell and within easy distance of many country parks and galleries (including Sherwood Forest, Patchings, and Welbeck). It's also just a short walk from the Cross Keys, our local pub, and the Clock House Cafe.
Perfect as a base for exploring the surrounding countryside, or just for a peaceful country break, the cottage is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business trips, and families.
The cottage is close to our village church, with a lovely view of the church tower, on a quiet lane well back from the main road. All the rooms are cosily furnished and make for a very peaceful stay.
You'll have private access to the cottage and it's garden, with a fully functioning kitchen, stove heated dining area, and a widescreen TV and DVD player. Please feel free to make use of the tea, coffee, and breakfast options provided at the beginning of your stay.
