Sorry, I would never recommend this place. It was unclear how to check in. After wandering around the property for 15 minutes and knocking twice on what turned out to be the owners house, I was greeted rudely by a woman who barked that the door to the tiny guesthouse was left open. She did not know who I was and could not verify my reservation.
The apartment was small. The heat in the bedroom was broken (leading to a very cold night), the front door bolt didn't lock (no security at all while we slept), we were not given a key to the apartment (we could not safely leave our belongings there), there were some minor cleanliness issues (dirty dishes), and the hot water surged intermittently creating a shower that would not maintain consistent heat (think hot and cold shower all at once).
There were farm workers using heavy equipment and the atmosphere was closer to a junkyard then a farmhouse.
They advertised it accommodated 4 but it felt very tight for us all.
I left with the feeling that the proprietor did not care anything about their guests--they just wanted the money. I would avoid this place.
