Guests greeted at arrival.
Guests provided with cell number for contact with hosts.
Working husband and wife hosts are on site early morning late evening and most weekends.
We are happy to accommodate all reasonable traveler requests to help
make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We enjoy entertaining and hope you will make yourself at home!
Please note the presence of our 2 dogs and 2 cats. Be honest with yourself about your comfort with animals. Your comfort is our first concern but the animals live here and we cannot block them of in a room. The dogs are 14 yrs old and may inadvertently get under your feet. And the cats especially like to roam the house. While they won't go in your bedroom, they will jump on the couch, counters, and tables. It's best to know this in case animals make you uncomfortable.
Please alert us to an estimated arrival time. We are happy to accommodate last minute changes to your arrival if you let us know! No one likes to be greeted by hosts in pajamas or show up to a locked door :(
We love pets but because we already have two dogs and two cats we are sorry that we cannot accommodate your fur baby.
There is no phone in the room, however a house phone can be provided if necessary.
Relaxing with a cocktail and good cigar is celebrated, but only outside. We would love you to join us for a drink in the common living area. No smoking or alcohol allowed in the room.
Salsa, Hardcore, and Symphony are all beautiful music, as is vigorous debate. But please, no loud music or excessive noise after 10pm for consideration of others.
Number of guests must equal number of beds (2 for double and queen, 1 for single)
We have a septic system which is very sensitive, so we have no laundry accommodations for our guests (we will however provide info on in town laundry facilities )
We like fragrance. Perfumes, scented candles and air fresheners. If you have any allergies or sensitivities to fragrance, we might not be right for you :(

I grew up on this property on the shoreline of Connecticut and have so many Kodachrome memories of a childhood filled with sand, woodland hiking, and long winded bike rides in this neighborhood.
I have been anointed by God to have such a blessing and I will steward his gift graciously!
My husband Victor and I moved back to our family land here in 1999 and look forward to sharing this peaceful space and our knowledge of Old Saybrook with others.
We love traveling, cooking, socializing, reading, music, boating, the beach, the woods. I am President and Principal of Harvest Development Group, a business consulting firm and Victor is Manager with Laz Parking. We have three grown children residing in Ct, Brookyn and Los Angeles.
