As a downtown location, sometimes at nights might get a little loud, as cleaning trucks work late, some times they wash the streets, etc. So be prepared for some noise, but also some elder people live in the buildings, so you must keep the noise down inside the apartment.
I love living in a big city like Santiago. I also love to travel and I'm always looking for stuff I can buy for my appartment. Decoration is one of my hobbies, I like Andean textiles, latin paintings with bright colors and wooden handcrafts.
I am a fulltime engineer, and also a Ballet Dancer. I can give you some tips If you want to learn latin dance in Chile.
