N.B I am Tourist Board Certified. This means that my premises have been inspected by an officer from Tourism Northern Ireland and meet their standard and quality of approval.
My home is a two storey Victorian terraced house, with front door access. The two guest bedrooms and guest bathroom are all located on the first floor. Your breakfast will be served for you downstairs in the morning or if you prefer a tray in your room, I am happy to oblige. It is not possible to cook meals in my kitchen or use the dining area other than for breakfast, unless we make a special arrangement. This is because there is limited space in the ground floor. Guests are very welcome to make coffee and tea at any time.
A house key is available, so you can come and go as you wish!
I have a seating area out in my back courtyard for anyone who smokes!

I live and work on the ground floor, so I am nearly always around if you have any queries and I'll be very happy to give you tips on where to go and what to do.
I am a 57 year old mother, artist and designer and I speak english and danish.
After three decades abroad, I am back again in N.Ireland, having grown up here. I´m into great food, reading, music and the arts and love to go on long walks along the coast here with my jack russell Georgie. What more can I say, I´m not into too many rules, my motto for life is to "be happy and treat others as you would have them treat you".
