Thanks for the feedback and yes will do a more comprehensive document for future. Good feedback to prevent confusions in future on how and what applainces to use and where to put things. Will speak with the cleaner regards cookware not sure what happened there as usually she is good. And yes it is my home which has the positives and negatives I suppose. Some like the fact it has that 'home' feel, it is definitely personal preference but have left enough empty spaces for others belonging but will mark it clearer in documentation. Double glazing generally blocks the sound out. And all rooms are to the back of the flat away from the main road so its really quiet in the bedrooms. But sure when windows are open, traffic can be heard in lounge. That sadly is London life for many!
However as you mentioned I have priced the flat accordingly in hope it represents good value for money for people staying, whatever the number.
A win win. It's a 'big flat' compared to the average in London (that's demonstrated by the fact it can actual fit 7 at all even if it felt a squeeze for you.) But sure for 7 'it is what it is' ,regards sleeping arrangements not perfect but that's why the price is what it is, as particularly for larger families where costs can jump up considerably elsewhere, I tried to find the balance, as you pointed out. For shorter stays I expect three in a room is more manageable than the long stay as you had. Thankyou again for staying and will implement feedback :-)
