This wonderful family home in Ealing makes use of bold colours and playful design, ideal for a family of eight!
As you enter the house on the ground floor, there are two separate living areas, one on the left and the other to the right. The more formal living room, with its impressive fireplace and chesterfield-style sofa, is decorated with playful splashes of pink and magenta from the feature wallpaper to the scattered cushions. Patio doors allow access to the sizeable garden which is paved and arranged with benches so guests can enjoy the fresh air or choose to dine al fresco.
The second living room/TV room is just as stylishly designed with a marbled fireplace, pretty chandelier and a large L-shape sofa to relax on whilst watching a movie – perfect for those evenings in! There is also a study area set up by the bay windows, for anyone wishing to catch up on correspondence or surf the web!
The corridor leads you downstairs to the vibrant open plan eat-in kitchen on the basement level of the house. Excellently designed with an eye for practicality as well as playful style, the kitchen features a large island with a breakfast bar, in addition to a dining table with colourful seating. The modern facilities in the kitchen include a Neff double oven, large fridge/freezer/ gas hob, and a dishwasher, as well as stunning glass and tableware. Just off the kitchen is a handy utility room with a washing machine, dryer and a convenient WC.
On the first floor of the house is the shared family bathroom which is prettily finished with a tiled bath area and French Rose coloured walls.
Located adjacent is the bold master bedroom with its berry walls and comfortable king sized bed. Along the corridor is a fantastic children’s play area with a flat screen TV, plenty of space for toys and games and a study area with a desk. This is more than suitable as a bedroom as its sofa can be made into a comfy double bed. It also has the comfort of a modern en suite shower room, with pretty metallic accent tiles.
There are a further two bedrooms on the top floor of the house; both are furnished with soft carpet and double beds. One of the bedrooms comes with an en suite bathroom boldly finished in contrasting red and black with a step-in shower area.
