Situated on a quiet street, minutes from the main shopping area, this is a light and stylishly decorated home with a private garden.
On the ground floor there is a sizeable reception room with bay windows, wooden floors, 2 comfortable sofas, a large TV and a piano. This room is slightly sectioned, with one part benefiting from the large flatscreen TV and the other part, sectioned by the piano making a good reading spot. The reception room opens onto the kitchen which is stylishly decorated with a neutral colours. It is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. There is also a large table which can seat up to 10.
The kitchen leads to the outdoor terrace through huge glass doors. These are a great feature as they give the room a real indoors/outdoors feel. Outside, on the terrace, there are several chairs. On the first and second floors you’ll find 4 bedrooms which are all modern and neutrally decorated. The master bedroom has a super king-sized bed, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The en-suite has a large walk-in shower, double sink, and toilet. The further 3 bedrooms have 2 king size beds and a double bed, and fitted wardrobes. There is highspeed wi-fi and the house is wired for sound. There’s a DVD/video player, Sky apple tv. For convenience, there is a guest cloakroom on the first floor with a toilet, sink and a washer/dryer. The street’s residents pay for private security surveillance which may give guests peace of mind, particularly if they have young families.

Please note that once a booking is made, the customer service team will be the point of contact thereafter.
