Our lovely maisonette is close to Brighton beach with great views from the living room straight out to sea. There are good local restaurants and family-friendly activities, such as paddle boarding, volleyball courts, kayaking and more. The neighbourhood is great to explore with lots of independent shops. This is a great space for couples, solo adventurers, and those on business trips. With an East facing bedroom and a west facing living room you get wonderful natural light throughout the day.
This spacious flat is spread out over two floors so it feels more like a house. There is a bathroom and a seperate loo with a large entrance hall on the lower floor. Then the kitchen, living room and large double bedroom are on the upper floor. From here the views out to sea are fantastic and pour light in to all the rooms. There is also a small single bedroom coming off the landing which would be perfect for a child to sleep in but it is small in terms of space around the bed so may not be suitable for all requirements. All of the space within the apartment is accessible. We do not close off any of the space in hope that those staying will be able to enjoy the apartment as much as we do when we are there. There is plenty of space to relax in.

I will be there to provide the keys on arrival and to check that everything is as required for our guests. However on some occasions I may need to arrange a convenient place to have the keys collected from due to work based commitments. But I will notify our guests well in advance to make a plan for their arrival.
Parking - The street has permit holders only and pay & display parking. However this is only for four hour slots. On the seafront side there is pay & display parking which lasts for 12 hours and is £5. That is the best option locally. So you can park for 24 hours for £5. The pay & display times are 9am - 8pm. There is a great app called 'pay by phone' which means you can organise your parking fees from your mobile and top it up without needing change etc. So this is worth downloading if you plan on driving down and will need to find parking.
- We have wooden floor boards throughout the flat so it is preferable to take off heels & loud shoes such as clogs or boots.
- There are others living in the building so we ask for any guests to please turn their music down to a reasonable level after 10pm. Including the sound level on the television.
My partner Jack and I currently live in Brighton. This is our appartment which we have lived in and owned now for over four years. We have just returned from travelling and have some time before we will be moving back in so the flat is longing to be lived in and enjoyed. I run an events business based in Sussex and also have a housewares brand called Freight which has a shop in Lewes, East Sussex. I love to explore and travel to new places, read uninterrupted and most importantly cook delicious food.
