Welcome to our home at 109 West Liberty Street. We are happy you have chosen our home and hope you enjoy your visit to Savannah's Landmark Historic District.
Please read this agreement, sign, and return along with your check within 7 days of date received. The form can be returned by mail, scanned copy via e-mail, or fax to ((PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). Rental is not valid unless rental agreement is fully executed including guest’s signature and valid credit card.
1.Check-in time is after 3:00PM EST. Check-out time is 11:00AM EST. No early check-ins or late check-outs are allowed unless pre-approved by owner.
2.This is a NON-SMOKING unit; however, smoking is permitted in the courtyard or on the balconies outside.
3.Pets are NOT permitted on the property under any circumstance.
4.We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
5.SECURITY DEPOSIT (credit card) is required at time of reservation. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met:
•No damage is done to the unit or its contents beyond normal wear and tear. This includes altering or moving of furniture without permission. House will be left in the same condition as it was upon arrival with exception of normal cleaning and laundry.
•No removal of contents from premises
•Special events held conform to information provided on this form by guests and may be subject to an additional fee.
6.PAYMENT in form of a reservation deposit equal to 25 – 100% (depending on date of reservation) of the rental rate is due within 7 days of booking the reservation. Payment may be made in the form of personal check, bank money order, cashier's check, or certified check. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The balance of rent and security deposit is due 120 days prior to arrival. If payment(s) are not remitted as agreed to, owner reserves the right to charge the credit card provided including 3% card processing fee.
7. CANCELLATIONS: Refunds will be made under the following conditions:
•No refunds if cancelled within 120 days.
•Cancellations made outside 120 days are subject to full refund minus a reservation fee equivalent to 50% of the entire reservation.
8.We require a three (3) night minimum stay. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods or special events.
9.INCLUSIVE FEES: Rates include one-time linen and towel set up, soap, and washing materials.
10.Daily maid service is available upon request for additional charges.
11.FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS: Any reservation obtained under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of advanced payment, deposit and/or rental money. In addition, the party will not be permitted to check-in.
12.HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY: No refunds will be given unless:
a.The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuations.
b.The day that the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation order we will refund:
1.Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.
2.Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive and wants to shorten their stay to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted and
3.Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period.
13.An ELEVATOR is provided for your convenience. For the safety of children, ADULT OPERATORS ONLY. Adult guests are responsible to make certain that children do NOT operate the elevator. Owners are not liable or responsible for bodily injury or harm for renters or their guests.
14.Occupancy and use of this property, common areas (inside and outside) by guests or their guests, shall not disturb neighbors, nearby residents or other guests of the property. Amplification of any kind, speakers of any kind or loud music is not allowed, and owner of 109 West has the right to terminate Rental Agreement and ask guests who are disruptive to vacate the premises with no refund of rental fee. Should fees occur as a result of disruptive behavior, guests will be responsible for such fees.
•All debris, rubbish, and discards should be removed from the house and placed in large trash receptacles outside the garage. Garbage pick-up is Thursday AM. A large blue dumpster is provided for residential trash only. Trash must be placed in receptacle and lid must be closed completely. Trash that will not fit in containers cannot be left outside under any circumstances. There are additional trash cans inside the garage and they can be used for additional trash but must be left inside garage. Trash that is generated by an event planner, caterer, florist, etc. must be removed from the premises. Trash receptacles with yellow covers are to be used only for materials that can be recycled and no regular trash can be placed in these receptacles. Under no circumstances can trash be placed in Neighbor's trash container. The City of Savannah issues citations for poly-carts that are not closed or for trash left outside cans or for trash placed in recycling receptacles. Any fines charged as a result of failing to abide by these rules will be passed on to renters.
•Soiled dishes should be placed in the dishwasher and start the cycle.
•Used towels should be placed in laundry room.
•Guests accept responsibility for making sure units are locked at all times.
16.WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS: Any exceptions to the above mentioned policie(URL HIDDEN)must be approved in writing and in advance. This agreement does not create a tenancy or residency. Reservation will not be valid until this agreement is completed, signed and sent to owner.
17.Furniture is not to be moved or altered in any way without prior approval of owner.
18.Parking – There are 4 parking spaces outside the garage marked “109 West Parking” and there are 3 parking spaces inside the garage (total of 7 parking spaces). Under no circumstances can guest park in any other spaces in the lot. If you do so, you risk being towed away. Parking in these 7 spaces is limited to passenger vehicles only (no commercial vehicles of any kind).

Guest further agrees that if damages exceed the security deposit, the balance will be charged to credit card furnished by Guest.
