This Resort has 10 bodies of water including heated pool, lazy river, and hot tubs. Enjoy the convenience of the onsite restaurant and beach bar as well.

Upon completion of the agreement, guest will be emailed further instructions about check in day.
RENTAL AGREEMENT/HOUSE RULES
TERM OF LEASE: The lease begins at 3pm on Check-in day and ends at 11am on check-out day.
NO SMOKING is allowed inside the unit
NO PETS (per Homeowner Association)
HOUSEKEEPING: This is no daily housekeeping service. A starter supply of linens and bath towels are included. Towel replenishment is not included in the rental rate. An onsite coin laundry facility is available to guests. Please bring your own beach towel. Linens and towels ARE NOT to be taken from the unit.
I provide a small welcome package containing a few essentials. They include:
2 travel shampoos
2 rolls of toilet paper
1bar of soap
1 bottle of hand soap
1 bottle of dish soap
1 roll of paper towels
There are two mini-marts located next door and a supermarket less than a mile away (Food Lion). A Wal-mart is located about 2 ½ miles away.
Only use appliances for their intended use. Grills/Barbeques are not allowed on the property.
PARKING PASS: Guest must display the parking pass which is provided. Failure to do so will result in guest being towed at their own expense.
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS: Unrelated renters under the age of 21 are not permitted. The primary renter who signed the rental agreement must be staying at the unit the entire rental period.
POOL/HOT TUB: A valid wristband which is provided must be worn at the pool areas. Pool hours are 8am-11pm. No lifeguard is on duty so swim at your own (website hidden) law states persons must be 14 years or older to enter hot tub/sauna. Minors under 16 require supervision in common areas of the Resort. I cannot be held responsible for guest actions that result in Hotel Security or police evictions from the property. No refund will be given.
WASTE DISPOSAL/DISHES: No feminine products are to be flushed. If there is a clog you could be charged for the repairs. Upon departure all trash shall be deposited into the trash chute located on the 12th floor. (Make a left out of the unit towards the ocean and it is at the end of the hallway). Please clean all dirty dishes before checking out.
AMENITY KEYCARD: LOSS OR FAILURE TO RETURN THE BLUE AMENITY KEYCARD WILL RESULT IN A FEE OF $25 (DEDUCTED FROM THE DEPOSIT).
CANCELLATION: If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless the state or local authorities order a mandatory evacuation of a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning” in the area of residence of the vacationing guest. In the event the guest will be refunded any unused portion of rent. We will refund any advanced rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during a mandatory evacuation
RETURN OF DEPOSIT: Other than normal wear and tear, the unit should not have any damage or missing items. This also includes any mess that requires excessing cleaning. A $25 fee will be deducted for not returning the owner’s amenity key card.
BALCONY: This unit is located on the 12th floor. Guest agrees to use the balcony in a safe manner and will not take part in any horseplay while on the balcony. Throwing objects over the balcony, including water balloons is not (website hidden) law states that ANY object thrown from a floor above (the 3rd) shall be a felony. The guest will not allow children to be unattended on the balcony. The renter assumes all risk involved with the use of the balcony and agrees to hold harmless the owner, the owner’s insurance, the resort, and the homeowner’s association for any/all injuries including death incurred due to the use of the balcony.
HOLD HARMLESS: The renter assumes all risk involved with use of the condo and all other areas of the resort property and agrees to hold harmless the owner, the owner’s insurer, the resort, and the homeowner’s association for any/all injuries including death incurred on the property as well as any missing/stolen items. The renter assumes full responsibility for all persons entering the premises during the renter’s contracted time of stay.
I fully reserve my rights to evict and or have arrested, with forfeiture of deposit and remaining/ unused rent collected, for the following violations. 1. Nonpayment 2. Disorderly Conduct 3. Using premises for an unlawful act. 4. Bringing property that may be dangerous to others onto the premises. 5. Failing to register as a guest. 6. Using false pretenses to obtain accommodations. 7. Being a minor unaccompanied by an adult registered guest (e.g. Spring Break/Senior Week Scams)
