As you enter the house you will immediately notice how light and airy it is with high-quality hardwood floors and Italian tiles throughout (and under floor heating). To the immediate right is the main living area, elegantly designed with a concealing TV cabinet and two smart sofas – perfect for those relaxed evenings in. Toward the rear of the house is an immaculate open-plan kitchen with its access to the garden. Boasting unique curved fittings with sleek handle-less cabinets and granite surfaces, the kitchen is both stylish and incredibly well equipped with all the modern facilities you can think of! There is also an 8-seater dining table as well as a flat-screen TV for guests to enjoy. The stunning back garden is arguably the best feature of this property, with a large groomed lawn leading to a picturesque shaded sitting area with a glass roof. You might find the bulk of your time being spent out in the sunshine, dining al fresco or simply enjoying the pretty surroundings.
On the first floor of the house are two bedrooms as well as the family bathroom which has a modern design with both a bath and separate tiled shower area. The master suite boasts spacious quarters with an entire wall of built-in storage space, as well as a large super-king sized bed. It also has the comfort of a modern en suite shower room with twin basins, WC and bidet. The second bedroom is a twin with two single beds and huge built-in cupboards allowing ample storage space.
The final bedroom takes up the loft floor, and may be ideal for a couple as it offers extra privacy as well as a modern en suite shower room. The room itself is very light and airy with a king size sleigh bed, dressing table and a full-length mirror.
