My original listing stating that that the apartment is a 2 bed apartment, which it is, however only 1 room is listed on airbnb. 1 room, with a double bed, which caters for 2 people. Gina emailed me to request the room for 2 people. I asked what time she would arrive at. She said 9.30pm. I accepted her request. Gina did not arrive until 12.30am. When she arrived she did not query why there wasnt two beds. All was in order and I eventually went to sleep. When I woke the next morning Ginas friend was asleep on the couch in the common living area. I emailed Gina and told her this would not work, that only the 1 bed (the 1 bed in the photographs in my listing) was available to sleep on. After much too-ing and fro-ing I agreed to let Ginas friend sleep on the couch for the remainder of the stay, putting myself out of my living room. I then changed my listing to blatantly state that there is just 1 bed available for use. I do not know how Gina perceived there be 2 beds available, without querying with me, when there were no pictures showing this, and the price being so cheap. After all this, the few days passed fine and Gina left the room in fine condition so there was no great damage done, bar a bit of hassle. Dont understand how she can give such a low rating when she got such a great bargain.
