- •The property has two dwellings. If there is a guest car up the driveway when you arrive please park at the bottom of the driveway on the grass. This is a temporary measure and we appreciate your patience and understanding until this is rectified. •Please no large groups/parties/functions – 6 guests maximum. The sceptic tank and rain water tank cannot cope with any more than this. Failure to comply will result in immediate cancellation of your booking. •We aim to have housekeeping come into the house at 10:30am on the day of your departure (unless previously arranged) so please ensure the property is vacated by this time •The house runs on tank water supply so please conserve your water consumption •On departure please lock the house and leave key inside on table Thank you

We love our lifestyle living at Wainui beach. My husband and I are both fortunate to work from home and Airbnb seemed like a great way to share our beautiful home and meet some new faces. We are both well traveled and live with our 6-year-old daughter. My husband Phil is a keen surfer who has traveled the world in search of great waves, and rates Wainui as one of the best anywhere and without a crowd. Being able to stroll across to the beach each morning is a real treat, and another reason why we choose to live here.
