- Guests can cook anytime but if you are a busy person or lazy to cook, there are some restaurant to choose to eat and dine just elevator away from the unit. Guests can enjoy watching movies, unwind at the tea or coffee shop or relax at the massage spa or salons (facial, hair, nail), and enjoy groceries at the SM savemore.
- Bedsheet, blanket, pillow case, sofabed cover & bath towels are replenished for every check-in of guests/tenants for sanitary, safety & hygiene. Toilet paper & trash bin available in the unit.
You are free to bring your own towel, face towel, soap, slipper & other personal items for your own good and proper hygiene.
If you need a parking, there's a pay parking and overnight parking at the Mall but if you want a cheapest parking, I can arrange a parking for you. Just provide a car details such as plate #, brand, model & year. The owner of the parking will request an authorization letter from the admin, so that you can park your car directly inside the building and my representative (Dominic) is waiting at the parking for your check-in. Mode of payment for parking is cash only and pay upon check-in.

To proceed the booking Guests needs to email the copy of passport or government issued ID of each guests staying in the condo & we will email the copy of each passport or government issued ID to the admin & security. Kindly provide a photocopy of passport/government issued ID with you upon check-in for verification by the security guard.
Maximum of 3 guests (2 guests can use the bed at the bedroom and the other 1 guest can use the sofa bed)
Minimun stay : 2 nights
Maxium Stay : 3 weeks or 1 month
Check-in time : 2pm to 5pm
Check-out time : 11am (or ealier if possible)
Check-in early is ok if requested and if the unit is vacant or available prior to check-in.

- Strictly no smoking.
- No pets alllowed inside the unit.
- Always keep your valuables with you at all times, the owner/representative/caretaker are not responsible for any loss of belongings or money. So, please make sure that you lock the doors and windows properly when leaving the unit and always lock the door even you are inside the unit for safety precaution.
- All the units are privately owned. The owners/representatives/caretakers are not responsible for any accident, injuries, illness of the tenants/guests that occurs while in the unit, in the premises or its facilities. Just be safe always.
- Guests are responsible for keeping the keys safe.
- No hanging clothes and hanging objects at the balcony.
- No shoes, slippers & hanging objects at the main door or along hallway.
- Avoid playing at the balcony for safety.
- Avoid loud noises especially during late night.
- Kindly turn off the air-conditioner, TV, electric fan and lights when not in use or when leaving the unit.

In those years of my stay in Singapore, I traveled a lot of places such as Australia, Europe (UK, Amsterdam, Belgium, Austria, Germany, Italy), USA, Canada and asian country such as Hongkong, Macau, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore & Japan.
