Our camp is close to Glimmerglass Opera House and less than 6 miles to Cooperstown Village. You’ll love the lake view and private dock access to Otsego Lake.
Major interior renovations were finished in 2016 and we hope you'll find Little Fawn cozy , clean and comfortable. We love the proximity to Cooperstown activities and beauty yet are still able to experience a quiet, relaxing stay near the Lake.
The main bedroom has a queen bed. The smaller bedroom has two twin beds. The living room has a pull out couch.
The access to the dock is across the road and down the bank to the lake.
The television is connected to the internet for streaming services. There is no cable plan or over air reception.
Our neighbors have treasured the beauty and quiet of the Lake for many years. We hope that you will experience the same and ask that you are respectful of quiet times in the evening and morning.
- Only one on street parking spot is available. Guests must be comfortable climbing steps to the cabin. Parking to the rear of the camp via Saints Rest Lane is prohibited.
- There is a steep slope that runs from the front of Little Fawn down to the road. We recommend that all guests stay on the stairs or on the front deck because of this but young children require particular care and supervision.
- Fires in the wood burning stove by guests is prohibited.

I love music, sailing on the Chesapeake Bay, being my wife's husband - not in that order.
Been doing a lot of travel lately in South East Asia /Australia as my wife has had a 2 year teaching assignment in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. That ends in July 2015 so we'll be looking to travel more close to home.
I love sight-seeing by bicycle, searching out local craft beer and live music.
