The apartment is located in the city's restricted traffic zone (ZTL), the entrance and the street parking is only permitted to residents. You can access the ZTL only to park in one of the many garages in the area.
From November 1, 2015 who reserve the flat should also pay the TOURIST TAX by resolution of the City Council n° 230/33 of june 20 2011, integrated by resolution n° 21/2012.
It is not included in the rental price and must be paid at check-in.
The tax is applied to non-residents overnight stays in the city of Florence and for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.
