Travel 20 minutes to the heart of Seattle or drive just 3.5 miles to Lake Street in downtown Kirkland, where you can grab a cup of coffee and visit one of the art galleries. Hit the green at Willows Golf Course just 10 minutes away.
In the evening, your group can enjoy the private backyard featuring a large grass lawn and a patio which overlook a forested greenbelt! Lots of privacy, you won’t have any neighbors encroaching on the space in the back.
INSIDE THE HOUSE
In a spacious master bedroom, you can stretch out on the Tempurpedic King size bed, and relax at night in the en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and large walk in shower. Featuring a large window and skylight for natural lighting.
A cozy second and third bedrooms offer a queen bed each and lots of natural lighting.
Bringing more guests? The media room can sleep two on a queen sized airbed, just let us know in advance and we will get the airbed set up.
There’s room for everyone to get ready in the full guest bathroom with shower/tub combo and the convenient powder room on the first floor.
High vaulted ceilings and wood floors are featured in the grand entry. The living room offers a great entertainment area with a large flat-screen TV, ample seating on leather couch and an open floor plan to see into the kitchen.
The large professional grade kitchen with Stainless Steel Appliances and a gas cook-top is a great spot for cooking a meal together using the double-ovens, plentiful counter space and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy a snack at the 4-person breakfast nook or head to the formal dining room with seating for 8 .
Three bedrooms are available, the forth bedroom is locked and off limits. The media room can be set up with an airbed as a 4th bedroom, please let us know in advance if you would like to use the airbed.
The garage is locked and off limits.
This property is not baby or child-proof, please be aware of that before booking. You are responsible for the safety of your child at all times, this property is not set-up for babies, toddlers or children. However if you would like to bring your children along, they are welcome. If there is anything you need specifically for your children, please let us know in advance and we will try our best to accommodate your needs. Always include all of the children and babies staying in the guest count and clean up after your children.
No pets and no smoking allowed inside the unit. No Smoking on the patio, deck or property for any reason.
The person making the reservation on Airbnb must be staying on the premises the entire stay and present at check-in, this person will be responsible for the condition upon checkout. All persons staying on the property must provide Valid Government Identification for all guests staying on the property (such as a current Drivers License or Passport) upon check-in. For our safety we must know who is staying on the property at all times.
We can arrange a time from 4pm to 8pm on the day of your check in to meet the owner/ manager to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour. The registered renter with AirBnB and all guests must be present at the time of check in with valid government issued I.D. No exceptions.
Please only put small amounts of food and water down the garbage disposal. The water must be running in the sink when using the garbage disposal.
Only toilet paper in the toilets, sorry no wet wipes or baby wipes in the toilet.
Guests are expected to bring the full garbage bags out to the garbage dumpster, load the dishes into the dishwasher and start the dishwasher prior to departure.
*Guests must be over the age of 25 and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period.
*No parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at property.
*No pets are allowed on the property.
* No smoking is allowed in or around any property.
Cleaning: The property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.
If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, walls, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250.
If any sign or smell of smoking or vaping is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $900 cleaning fee. If any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $900 cleaning fee. Entire damage deposit will be forfeited if there are any extra guests that are not accounted for in your Airbnb reservation.
Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
A pack n play to be used as an infant bed can be included for an extra rental fee of $20 per day of your stay, collected at the time of check-in. Please let us know upon booking that you would like this option so we can prepare ahead of time.
We will do everything possible to make this a wonderful experience for you and in turn we ask that you are considerate to the neighboring houses. It is important to respect the quiet hours from 10pm to 7am based on the city noise ordinance. It is also important to clean up after yourself and your guests, taking out the garbage when it gets full, and communicating any issues, emergencies, leaks, repairs or maintenance needed immediately to the managers/ owners (24 hours a day/night).
