I am sorry you had trouble seeing the combination in the lock box - there are two bright lights on each side of the front door, which should have provided adequate light, and certainly provide as much exterior light as possible for the front of a house.
The Wifi Password is located in the information section for the listing on Air Bnb, as well as being located on a sticker prominently placed on top of the router itself, which is located right underneath the TV. I would have been happy to message it to you, if I had known you were having difficulty.
I am sorry you had trouble with the thermostat. I think it is just a straightforward up or down button, but if you were trying to cool the apartment, most houses in Newfoundland do not have air conditioning. I apologize if that was the issue.
