Marisa is a very responsive and kind host. Although we didn't meet in person, she answered all my questions within minutes. The apartment was spotless and comfortable (particularly the bed!), and I especially enjoyed the Nespresso coffeemaker + pods. The neighborhood is conveniently located for a quick drive into the city center (I had my own car, so didn't really research public transportation options) and surprisingly quiet at night. I also enjoyed the beautiful Sloan's Lake Park nearby. One thing to keep in mind is that this is a row house and the walls are shared with the next door neighbors. I found all neighbors to be very quiet and respectful of each other's privacy and quiet enjoyment, but one morning a neighbor happened to have a coughing fit that lasted several minutes and I could hear every single cough. This made me realize that if I played loud music or spoke too loudly with someone (in person or on the phone), the neighbors would hear everything as well. Bottom line is, if you're the loud music type or a really loud talker, this is probably not the best place for you, because you will definitely aggravate the neighbors.
