Enjoy your own private plunge pool, in this lovely apartment, which also has large communal pools (1 pool open all year, heated in winter), modern gym and private parking.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms with blackout blinds, one with kingsize bed and one with 2 single beds.
There are 2 luxury bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances.
You can walk to the beach, supermarket, town center, and there are many restaurants and bars all around, yet it is very quiet and peaceful.

This beautiful apartment is the perfect spot for a short or long stay.
It can accomodate up to 4 people, and one of the highlights is that it has a fantastic private plunge pool on the large terrace (unheated) with dining area and outdoor sofas.
It is located in one of the most popular beachside towns of La Cala de Mijas. Within short walking distance to the center of the town, beach, supermarket and all the attractions in approx 8-10 mins!
This modern development also offers a beautiful pool area. It has 2 pools, a children's pool and a jacuzzi. The larger swimming pool is open all year and heated from the end of September.
There are also 2 heated pool showers.
The other pools and jacuzzi are open seasonally only, between approximately April/May to early/mid October. (in 2026 the two pools close October 9. Jacuzzi on Sep 18)
The modern kitchen is fully eqipped with all appliances and thoughful touches such as a starter pack of coffee, tea and other items are provided.
There is a private underground parking space and plenty of street parking next to the complex.
Malaga international airport is within a 25 min drive and you can visit many of the sights of this part of Andalucia easily using La Cala as your base. We look forward to welcoming you!

- The main pool is open all year round and heated in winter to approximately 28 degrees. There are also two heated showers in the pool area in winter.
All guests age 14+ must provide their national ID & information for tourist registration purposes, as per Spanish law (decree 28/2016). We will contact you before you arrive, for the information.
- Please note we cannot rent to groups age >23. This due to disappointing hosting experiences in the past, thanks for your understanding
-No noise/music after 22h especially if you are sitting outside - please consider your neighbours.
-Secure property with exterior CCTV monitoring.
-the community rules are displayed in the property &, please do not hang pool towels over the balcony, use the drying rack we provide 😊
-to keep the pool on the terrace clean and maintained the team access the property and terrace to clean the pool once a week. we will advise at check in what day. (but don't worry if you aren't home they have a key.)
