Tucked away on a leafy street in a neighborhood alive with children, dogs and a weekly farmers' market, this spot is ideal for a romantic getaway. Small yet airy apartment with bay windows offering a pictoresque view of Buda rooftops, hills and the Castle. Excellent public transport links to downtown.
Located on the top floor of a Bauhaus-era building, this studio apartment combines living/sleeping area with kitchenette and dining table in a single space. In spite of its mere 24 square metres, it feels spacious thanks to its uncluttered design, high ceiling and a sweeping view through bay windows.
The living room wardrobe, complete with hangers and drawers, is yours to use. So is all kitchen equipment, and whatever foodstuffs you find in the cabinet, as long as you replace what you've consumed! Feel free to browse the books on the shelves but please don't open the white boxes which contain my precious magazine collection. Except for the first aid kit, the bathroom cabinet is off limits. Should you need it, the laundry machine, in a separate utility room, is also at your service.

I'll do my best to meet you at the apartment upon arrival, to hand over the keys and show you around. I'll also be happy to help you with any issues that might arise during your stay. But overall, I prefer to let my guests enjoy their privacy and I appreciate if you're more of an independent type. :-)
Please note that the apartment is on the 3rd floor (4th including the mezzanine) and there is no elevator in the building. This can be quite challenging with lots of heavy baggage.
The apartment and the building's communal areas are strictly non-smoking. The only exception is the small balcony that opens from the staircase.
No pets allowed, sorry!
Please take off your shoes inside the apartment.
We recycle paper, plastic and metal (the latter two in the same bin). The rest, including glass, goes into the household waste bin under the sink. Color-coded containers in the front yard by the gate.
When disposing of cooking oil, please don’t pour it into the sink or the toilet. Instead, collect it in an empty jar (you’ll find some in the cabinet), tightly seal the jar and put it in the household waste bin.
If using candles, please remember to blow them out before going to bed or leaving.
Please keep noise levels low at all times but especially after 8pm. (This also applies to doing the laundry.)
When leaving, even for a short while, make sure to close windows and lock all locks on the door.
