Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, this 3BR 1 BA house is only 5 minutes to St. Pete Beach and close to downtown Gulfport arts district. 15 minutes to downtown St. Pete. This is my home and I offer it for you to enjoy when I am traveling. Someone will be available if I am not. I also have a fairly detailed book in the house for guests describing aspects of the home as well as things to do and see in the area. Feel free to use the beach chairs, bags, towels, cooler etc. I have left for you.
I recently moved here from California and am still settling in and learning about the house. It's been quiet and comfortable. This house is a bit larger than many in Gulfport and the layout is nice and spread out. There are plenty of outlets and USB plugs to keep your electronics charged up. I have natural bath and body care products for your use. I typically have home made granola for you (in the fridge) and fresh coffee ground for a Melitta drip cone.
Feel free to use the yoga mats and meditation cushions in the front room or light some incense. Help yourself to anything in the fridge and the basics in the cupboards. There is laundry detergent in the garage by the washer and dryer. The rest of the garage and items stored there are not for guest use.

This is my home and if you are booking the whole house (as opposed to just one bedroom that I may have separately listed) then it means I will not be here. If I am out of town, I will have someone be available to assist you if you need anything and I will always be reachable.
Upham Beach Park (St. Pete Beach) is just 3.5 miles away. A few blocks from the house is a shopping area with grocery stores, drug stores, hardware store, gas stations and other shops. Also in that area is an Anytime Fitness center and a yoga studio. "Downtown" Gulfport is a funky little village nearby that attracts mostly a 50-something crowd but a few younger generation folks are mixed in. It has it's own 'inside the bay' sandy beach (I wouldn't swim there but others do) and park and volleyball courts. There is almost always something going on down there. Downtown St. Pete is a beautiful city with lovely shops and restaurants and a lot of parks and museums. Treasure Island beach is also only about 10 minutes away and there are often festivals or other activities on the beach.
- No pets. This is a very quiet neighborhood so no parties or loud noise please. House is not suitable for very young or rambunctious children as it is not at all childproofed. This is my home and I ask that you respect my personal possessions. The garage is accessible for purposes of using the washer and dryer but the rest of that space and the things stored there are not for your use. Florida has a particular problem with insects and you have to be vigilant about cleanliness. Please do not eat anywhere but the dining area, and make sure that all trash is taken out daily. Gardener comes every Tuesday, usually pretty early, please make sure all windows are closed or dirt will blow into the house. Thermostat is set to keep expenses reasonable. Please do not turn up the air conditioning.
- . The queen bed is a regular mattress and the full and twin are inflatable mattresses with pillow toppers. They are very comfortable and easy to move around if you want to modify the sleeping arrangements.
- I have a fairly extensive library of 'new age' books. You are welcome to peruse them but please put them back where you found them.
Hello! I have spent a lot of time traveling and Airbnb has been good to me. Now that I have settled down a little, I have a house in Gulfport Florida and I make my extra room available sometimes and also offer the whole house when I am traveling. My career has been in the legal profession but most of my time is spent on other passions related to connecting with nature, learning about other cultures and ways of living, and just generally understanding our place in the world as humans.
