Villa Tamarind has amazing views of the Caribbean Sea and St Barts and is very close to the beach, family-friendly activities, and restaurants.
You’ll love our place because of: the amazing views of Saint Barths; the quiet and safe neighborhood; the proximity to Oyster Pond; the super comfortable Bamboo Memory Foam Mattresses (3 bedrooms out of 4) and percale sheets.

No parties, no outside visitors, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host: Should you have other friends or family staying on the island or make friends during your stay, we ask that you not use our home to entertain or host them, unless we approve of it in advance.
Mind the mosquito nets: For your comfort, all our doors are equipped with sliding mosquito screens. To some, they might be hard to see and unfortunately, they are quite cumbersome to mend/replace. Any torn mosquito net or broken screen will be charged $175.
Septic: Our villa is equipped with a septic tank, which works very effectively. However, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that products other than toilet paper have been flushed and clog the septic system, we, unfortunately, will have to retain the amount of the repair from your deposit.
No pets: Sorry, Fido has to stay home.
Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests: We work hard to keep our home pest-free, so we ask your help. Also, we are in a tropical setting and monkeys, iguanas, as well as other wild animals, have been sighted in the garden. Therefore, please dispose of the garbage in the bin at the entrance of the community and do not leave it outside the door.
Parking: Vehicles shall be parked all the way down, alongside the black gate alongside the right side wall. We share the driveway with our neighbors who should be able to get in and out without having to ask you to move your car.
Furniture: Do not sit on furniture in wet swimsuits or with suntan oil on
Energy: Turn off all AC units, lights and fans while out to conserve energy.
Wear and tear: We’d love your help in reporting any broken or damaged items so we can fix or replace them in a timely manner.
