The master bathroom features a walk-in shower and separate garden tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a flat screen TV. The open bunk room has twin size bunk beds. The second bathroom is in the hallway across from the bunk area, so it is easily accessible from the second bedroom, living room, and bunk area.
This unit has been newly painted and redecorated to offer you a memorable and relaxing beach experience. The living room features comfortable couches with a fold out queen. The large private balcony is also accessible from the living room, so you can walk right out to the cool breeze of the gulf to sip your coffee or savor a meal. The stacked washer and dryer can also be found in the hallway in its own separate utility closet.
The kitchen area is fully equipped with dishes and pots/pans perfect for cooking a full meal or enjoying a snack during your break from the beach. It includes an over-the-stove microwave and a dishwasher, so more time is spent with the family. There is a table that accommodates 2 and the kitchen island has 4 bar stools for extra seating as well.
Guests enjoy secure covered parking in the onsite parking garage and a covered walkway to the building, with access to several large modern elevators. The onsite restaurants offer a variety of quick snacks, including gourmet lunches, fresh salads, buffet dinners and more. The resort just added "810 Billiards and Bowling.”
Onsite are five pools, one being a kiddie pool with fountains. Whether it's strolling on the beach, snorkeling, parasailing or fishing, close by you'll find opportunities to enjoy everything there is to do in, under, above, or on the water. For the golfers, Signal Hill Golf course is adjacent to Laketown Wharf. It's an 18 hole par 72 Public golf course. Bring your clubs! Shortly after your booking is confirmed you will receive a link to pay your resort fee of $103.66. This is a one time fee for your entire stay and your entire party. You can access the resort with the parking passes you will print prior to your arrival. You will receive a door code as soon as your room is ready for you, no key or card needed. Your wristbands will be located inside the condo on the entry table, this will give you access to all amenities. All guest over the age of 12 must wear a wristband while in the resort and to have access to amenities. You will also receive a code for the private beach access gate.
