It is a basic hotel room sized Park City absent host condo in a prime PC location. Slopes are very close. A small fridge, kitchenette are there. Its on the trail system. Newly done complex hot tub pool remodel. Wifi cable some small appliances.
The public bus stops just outside the door. The trail system is literally 100 feet away from the south end of the building. Its got tile in the bathroom and kitchenette area with carpet in the rest of the room. Set up much like a hotel room. Cable TV, wifi included. One Double size bed currently. Scheduled for a repaint in light colors, its currently got dark furniture and cabinets. Hopefully the hot tub and pool area will be done in just a few days.
This is small condo that is yours exclusively. Its about the size of a regular to large hotel room that has a kitchenette. You have access to the common facilities at Prospector which include a hot tub and pool, currently undergoing renovations.

I am an absent owner but my son is a long time skier, biker and resident of the area. We will help anyway we can but usually are available to contact by a phone call or email to us. We communicate usually with email and text over important things as backups. You will be asked for Government picture ID as part of the booking process before you are allowed access at your booked time..... Do not request booking if you are not comfortable texting your ID. In general, you won't have any significant interaction with me unless there was a problem. We have a full time front desk staff person to handle most of your issues as part of the development.
The HOA has basic rules similar to all locations with close neighbors. Quiet times, no pets no smoking are but a few. One parking spot is reserved off street. No laundry facilities are in the development but there is a laundromat within a short walking distance.
Don't draw attention to yourselves by the neighbors or HOA or police and you should be fine. Be considerate of your neighbors like any apartment style situation. No smoking, no pets, and if you break it you bought it about covers it. Leave it clean and undamaged.
Instructions and access codes are only provided just before your arrival, for the security of the existing guests. You must provide a government issued ID and provide a short one or two paragraph summary of yourself and reason for visit, including residence address, occupation and you must identify whether you have any criminal history that involves personal or property crimes within the past 10 years. Access codes are not given until this information is provided and failure to provide this information, is not the basis for a cancellation by a guest. No smoking, pets or breaking of any laws are allowed and this includes the entire area, not just inside the residence. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM every day. Parking is only allowed in the lot with a permit. Unauthorized guests are not allowed and only people who have provided ID and information as set out above are allowed to stay in the residence. Please take off your shoes as you enter. Do not wear shoes on the carpet. Basically, anything you find is going to be available for your use. When you leave, you will be expected to leave the place so that it takes an hour or less of cleaning by the cleaner to restore it to the way you found it. If its more, a charge of at least $50.00 made for extra time and scheduling. You are encouraged to do all you can, to ensure that only an hour is required. This is normally what it takes to clean the room with normal guests and messes. We rely on the opinion of the housecleaner. I am an absent host for the most part so leave emails, texts and voice mails to ensure that we contact each other as soon as possible. If we have a problem, you and I both agree to work amicably to solve it, explaining our reasoning in emails and writing so that the other person can understand our position and what we want to come out of the discussion... ie what resolve you wish. If we can't agree, then we agree to amicably allow Air to resolve and mediate our solutions or a solution.
