Come with me, I take you for a virtual tour of the house "B & M": we are in a building of five floors, the house is located on the third floor, but thanks to the shape of the building and the courtyard, once parked the car in front at home, we just go up only 10 steps to achieve the door.
We enter, we are in a small hall, we go to our right side and we are in the:
Kitchen: is fully equipped and can host up to six people. The small balcony has a closet and overlooks the courtyard so that you can view the area west of Sanremo, and especially the sea out of sight.
Now we go back into the hall and over to the front door go straight, we are in the:
Bathroom: very bright, thanks to a large window, equipped with washing machine, large shower, hairdryer.
We go out and we go to our right where we find the two bedrooms.
Double Bedroom: has got a large window, double bed, a large dresser, two nightstands and a large wardrobe for the Guests.
Bedroom: with windows, is equipped with a sofa which could easily transforms itself into two single beds, a nightstand, a practical dresser and a reading area with a desk furniture and a comfortable armchair. Leaving the room we go now in the:
Living room: is very wide and bright. It’s equipped with a big TV, a sofa that can eventually turns into a double bed, two comfortable and colorful armchairs, a bookcase and a large table for eight people. It presents a double exposure: on the one hand through a large three-meters window from which you can see the sea and on the other side we can go out on a:
Large terrace: sea view, overlooking the calm and silent courtyard, furnished with a table and light, colorful chairs and a small sink.

Our guests have at their disposal the whole apartment. There is a reserved parking space in front of the entrance and if you need to park more cars, you can in the yard at just few meters from home.

Home B & M is located on the third floor of a quiet and safe residential complex of 5 buildings. Although located on the third floor, to the particular arrangement of the building, the steps to climb are only 10. It’s not located in the main street, so it is very quiet. At about 100 Mt you can find the bus stop that allows you to reach the City center easily. We will provide you timetable and info about it, if needed. At about 300 mt you can find a small Grocery’s shop for any need.
Towards West: the City Center, the Beaches and the Cycle Lane can be easily reached by car (about 1.8 km) or through quick shortcuts walk (which we will be happy to show you).
Towards East: A lively and colorful open market (on Tuesday and Saturday morning) and a large fruit/ vegetables and fresh fish market (every morning) can be easily reached by car rapidly (about 2.4 Km).
