You’ll love my place because of Modern family home. With lovely kitchen equipped with everything you could need. Instantly warm with fully ducted heating. Walking distance into Jindabyne township. 30mins to Perisher or Thredbo and 20mins to the Ski Tube.

Good for families (with kids) and big groups.

Standard Terms and Conditions of Temporary Holiday Accommodation, Jindabyne Executive

Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.

During the peak season, July & August, bookings are only taken from
Friday to Sunday (2 nights)
Sunday to Friday (5 nights)
Friday to Friday, Sunday to Sunday (7 nights)

The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.

Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.

Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.

Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.

Extra cleaning requirement for property degradation, such as vomit, bodily waste, smoking inside may incur a $250.00 cleaning fee.

Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10am by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.

Garbage - The council collects the bins usually prior to your Checkout time and therefore the cleaners are unable to place the bins out for collection. So if you are staying over a Thursday night or Sunday night, could you please place the bins out. Otherwise the cleaners will charge extra for taking the bins to the tip which unfortunately will need to be deducted from your bond. Thursday night/Friday morning, the RED bins are to be placed on the street curb for collection, Sunday night/Monday morning, the YELLOW bins are to be placed on the street curb for collection. Bins are located down the side of the house. DO NOT USE OUR NEIGHBOURS BINS. If there is overflow, just place the excess garbage next to our bins.

Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.

There is parking in our driveway and garage up to 3 cars. If you have extra cars they can be parked on the street. Do not park all the way up our driveway as it restricts our neighbours from getting out. Under no circumstance are you allowed to park in our neighbour (Duplex to the left) car spaces. If the neighbours complain that you are in their driveway, this will result in a $50 fine for each occurrence.

If arriving late at night, please be respectful to our neighbours sleeping. Do not slam car doors or make any other noise.

Linen will be supplied, but not changed during your stay.

Pets may be allowed, and need to be approved in writing with the owner, prior to your stay. If approval is granted for pets, there are a couple of extra house rules. Pets are not allowed on the beds at any time. Pets must be fully house trained. All pet droppings need to be collected from the back garden and disposed of prior to your departure. An extra $120 pet cleaning fee is required.

Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.

Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.

I really had an awful experience of this accommodation. First of all, we got the entry password at the last minute; Secondly, the garage is too narrow to park a 4WD car, or you might easily get scratch to either side; Thirdly, the owner doesn't provide shampoo, hand wash gel, or shower gel, but just a TINY disposable soap for a big group. That's useless at all. Also, we lived there for 5 days and 4 nights, but the toilet paper is not enough. Therefore, we have to buy all of these stuff by ourselves; Fourthly, it's quite tricky to find the garbage bins for this duplex. We couldn't find this duplex's bins, so we happened to drop the rubbish to the neighbour duplex's bins by mistake. Finally, we parked the car on the owner's duplex car park and driveway, as we have 4 cars totally. However, after we check out, the owner told us that we are responsible for the oil stain on the driveway. This is the first time I heard this payment, and now it is the peak season in Jindabyne for snow skiing, but the owner asked me to pay the bill 2 weeks after we left! That's really unacceptable! I am very frustrated and upset to this experience, and I am pretty sure that I won't come back again to this accommodation any more for good. If you are thinking of this duplex, and you are attracted by this duplex's photos, please read my review seriously, and this might help you to avoid unhappy experience in the near future.

Unfortunately Jie left not little oil stains but 3 big oil puddles, approx 1 metre wide on mine and our neighbours driveway. It's obvious that their car is having some bad leak. I messaged them the day of their departure, notifying them of the oil stains and that they will be responsible for the cleaning. As well as being slippery, these oil stains are proving difficult to remove and we have had 2 separate businesses come to try and clean them (as the driveway is stenciled). It is the start of the ski season and everyone in town is hectic so not easy to get repairs straight away, as well as snow and ice. I am waiting until the driveway is finally cleaned before advising the final sum. But I have kept them up to date with the progress of the repairs, It also wasn't 2 weeks later but 9 days after I initially informed them as well as the updates, that I finally gave them a price. I also don't understand why they had to also park and place more oil stains on our neighbours driveway. Our driveway is big enough for 3 cars and there is amble room to park on the street. We have many 4WDs parking in the garage, including myself with a large Jeep Grand Cherokee that fits in the garage. As to the bins, our bins are placed at the side of the house, the same place that the neighbours place their bins. There is a lot of evidence that suggest Jie had more than the maximum 10 people stay at the property. Jie also threatened that they would leave a bad review if I asked for the money for the oil stains. I don't appreciate blackmail. It is a shame that Jie is not decent enough to realise they damaged our property and to pay for their mistakes. They feel that everyone else should pay for it. I'm sorry Jie, I do not say this very often, but you are not welcome back.

The Jindy Exec is a fantastic, spacious and modern residence. Our group of 9 fitted with plenty of room. The home is comfortable and very well equipped. I would definitely recommend and return.
