You point out a couple of items in the accuracy that I would like to address.
Unfortunately we all experienced a bit of noise in the night for a family with two kids that arrived very very late for travel problems..Luckily you were in a room (where you have been freely upgraded) not close to theirs. The following night they all slept very quietly...
WiFi is provided to our guest with the best provider available in the area, a satellite one! The signal is always good in the reception area and the lounge, sometimes weaker in the rooms. We could increase the signal in all the rooms with expansion devices, but it implies to over expose ourselves and our guests to excessive radio waves, we prefer to avoid it.
