Historic house. Antique appointments throughout but some "rough edges". Accommodations are clean, tidy & disinfected. Gentrifying neighborhood in transition. Use caution when meandering at night. Otherwise a tremendous value given the low price. Check other reviews related to this property.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. This is one of a few rooms available in this house. The space is suitable for only one person. There is a very comfortable twin mattress. Please do not ask me if another person can share or visit. Feel free to refer to the other listings for reviews.
For short stays of two or three days, your room and the bathroom are your primary areas of access. Do not attempt to wander around the house without permission or an escort. I'm in a bit of a transition myself, so I'm not sure if I will be available to socialize much with guests or not. It is possible that you may run into other ABB travelers here, though the house generally maintains a quiet and still atmosphere.
As a low budget, no frills accommodation, please do not expect or ask for special services such as early check in, luggage keep, kitchen or laundry access, or concierge services of any kind. I often work a lot of unpredictable hours and am not always available to provide such services unfortunately.
- Remove shoes before entering the bathroom as to not soil the white bath rugs. Wipe down hair and water as well. No unauthorized third persons are allowed in the house without my express permission. You are expected to maintain quiet, respectful and dignified behavior at all times.

Hi. I am originally from Los Angeles. I work as a property manager and secondary education teacher. I am a new author as well, having recently self-published a memoir chronicling my two-decade travel odyssey in Osaka. The book is entitled "21 Years of Wisdom--One Man's Extraordinary Odyssey in Japan". Available on Amazon. Look it up!
