Dear Marianna, as you can see from the 60 (sixty) reviews below, it is the first time a guest complains about what you report. I am really sorry you had a bad experience but I can only say: why didn’t you tell me while you where in the flat? When you and your friend left I found the flat dirty, full of (your) garbage, a chair broken and many towels used (without asking). But I write you in private asking why. My cleaner goes to the flat three hours after each guest; if you told me you had found dirt or issues I would have sent her again, or I would have come to check (I was in Bari, ironically). Why didn’t you call, if not in the evening, the morning after? People have a different perception of things, but communication is key if you use airbnb (which you have, but maybe not enough). Once again, I regret your bad experience but mine with you and your friend was not better. I wish you all the best, and suggest next time you speak your mind instead of barking up an empty tree.
