Our home is at the top of hill on a beautiful and quite dead end street. No real traffic will ever be your concern. The house is two stories, very spacious with 2200 square feet inside. 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, great kitchen, living spaces, dining area and lawns.
The layout of the common living spaces allows you to enjoy a bounty of sunlight throughout the day. We offer a screened-in patio with three sun-lights in the ceiling. The master-bedroom is located on the ground floor while the other two bedrooms (queen and twin) are located on the second floor. With an open concept kitchen/living room, it is the perfect space to hang out with family during the prep-time for any meal. Enjoy the breakfast bar as an additional surface to read or check your email while dinner is in the works.
This property features five-bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen/living room/dining room, plus sun-room/screened in patio. Guests will have access to three bedrooms, the two bathrooms, and the common living spaces. They can also use the washer and dryer located on the top floor. Guests do not have access to the basement. Guests have access to all cooking utensils, pots, and pans, and dishware available in the kitchen's cabinets.
This property is protected with 24/7 surveillance and alarm system. Upon arrival, guests will receive an entry code.

We are happy to welcome guests to our home and we'd expect them to treat our home the way that you would want guests treating your own house. Smoking is not permitted in our home. If you smoke, please use the patio area and make sure that the entrance door to the patio is closed. We love pets and have had wonderful experiences with them, but for this stay, please secure arrangements for them in your home city. You will receive a short video on how to use the dishwasher and other appliances once your reservation is completed. Thank you for being (a) friendly guest(s).
Hello and welcome to our home. My family and I have lived in New York for 10 years (we've also lived in northern California). We love the beautiful parks, buildings, easy access to the Finger Lakes and the Adirondack area. Retired, I worked in the healthcare industry for over 25 years and was CEO of a private charity hospital in San Francisco. My partner is a University Professor.
We love to travel, interact with as many dogs and horses we can, grow our own vegetables, run, play tennis, have friends over for South American cuisine where we love to teach them how to hand make empanadas.
Since Manhattan is a nice 5 hour train ride, going to the theatre, having dinner, visiting the endless number of museums and art galleries is a great weekend treat for us.
