Hello Lu Xu
I don't know why you say that its weird that you couldn't use the kitchen as that is stated in the description of the space.
I also state that I'm currently living in the apartment and I thought that the purpose with airbnb hosting was that guests rent room in someone's home.
I always change sheets for my guests, but I can't explain why you did find colored hairs in the bed, could be from my son and me.
So if you needed a private accommodation that you should have rent a private apartment.
Thank you for the tip about my sun room.

I like how well my apartment is situtated. In the neigborhood you can find all kind of services, f.ex. groceries stores, bakery, pharmacy and a gas station. On of the two biggest shopping mall, Kringlan, is in 5 min walking distance and one of the biggest outdoor swimming pool and spa, the Botanical Garden, a family park and zoo with most Icelandic animals, is situated in 10-15 min. walking distance. It's takes around 20-25 min to walk to downtown Reykjavik, but only 5-10 min. by bus.
You can take bus from my home, takes around 3-6min to go to the bus station, depending on where you are going.
Other things to note
I don't serve breakfast and don't let guests use the kitchen. You have access to a coffee machine and a refrigerator in a common space. There I also have a table where you can sit down.
